The Client:

Faces on Faces is a medical aesthetics training academy and clinic with its debut training academy located in Essex.

They have previously worked with other agencies to run their social media channels and paid ads, but they simply were not nailing the organic or paid strategy, and not getting students through the door.

Client Goals:

Generate mass brand awareness. 

​Gain a steady flow of students each month.

​Build a reputation as leaders in the aesthetics training industry.

Grow to multiple locations around the UK.

What We Did: 

We initiated a comprehensive 360-degree approach, crafting an extensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up. Our focus centred on a dynamic social media content strategy, elevating brand credibility through social proof, and executing targeted paid social campaigns for both beginners and seasoned beauty professionals.

Central to our plan was showcasing top-tier education facilitated by industry-leading doctors and trainers, all while precisely targeting our defined audience.

We executed a diverse approach, utilising compelling ad creatives and precise audience targeting across Meta platforms. Close collaboration and constant A/B testing ensured we delivered the best results whilst keeping a low CPL (cost per lead).

Results:

Consistently generating between 200-300 highly qualified leads per month.

Achieving a remarkable 19.3x ROAS (return on ad spend)

​Lowest CPL at just £3.37

Revenue increased by 140%.

Expanding from one to five academy locations, establishing a strong UK presence.

Earning recognition as a reputable name in the aesthetics training industry.

Current Status:

A year later and we’re still building relationships, growing and making moves. We now are moving onto building automations, Google and email marketing.
